Full System Lease

The full lease model requires only a low one-month lease payment as an upfront security. This approach removes the often-restrictive barrier of significant initial costs, making the transition to renewable power more accessible. Flexible lease term periods are available, with ownership of the solar system achieved at the end of the initial lease term.

Service Battery

This model combines elements of both outright purchase and system leasing.

Under this arrangement, you purchase and install the solar array, giving you full ownership of that component, while the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) is provided under a serviced lease agreement. This significantly reduces your upfront capital costs and removes the technical risks associated with owning and managing the battery system.

For leased assets, CD Power will maintain, optimise, and service the BESS for the full lease term. At the end of the 10-year battery life, you have the option to either continue with the existing BESS at a reduced lease rate or upgrade to a brand-new unit under a renewed agreement.
