SHIPPING
- Shipping will be initiated within approximately two business days following the receipt of payment. Please note that proof of identification will be required upon delivery.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We utilize TNT Service for shipping. To determine if your goods are overweight, please refer to the TNT shipping guide available here (there will be [“Large” label on the product page] if your product is overweight).
- In instances where there is no TNT depot available in your area, alternative delivery arrangements will be made. We will contact you later to discuss shipping arrangements and associated costs. Again, proof of identification will be required upon delivery.
PICK UPS
- The pick-up option is available to select through our online checkout process.
- When selecting this option, we will either call you or email you to advise when your order is ready for collection.
- Orders can be collected from our warehouse Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
- Pick up can be arranged from our warehouse which is located at 354 Cormack Road, Wingfield, SA 5013.
- Please ensure you have proof of identification available when collecting your order.
RETURN POLICY
Kindly remember you have a 14-day period from the day you receive or pick up your purchase to decide if it’s right for you. If, for any reason, it isn’t, please send it back within that 14-day timeframe. It’s important that the item is returned unused and in its original packaging, and please be aware that shipping costs are not refundable. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, do reach out to our team immediately. They are more than willing to help resolve any issues.
Before you return any items, make sure to contact us for approval. Please be aware that there might be a restocking fee for any custom-made or modified items. Thank you for your understanding.
